How to set up a consulting project

It all starts with an initial consultation where we discuss your organisation's needs, goals, and challenges. This will allow me to gain a comprehensive understanding of your situation and determine how I can best support you.

Based on our initial consultation, I'll develop a detailed proposal outlining the scope of the project, timeline, deliverables, and costs. I'll work closely with you to ensure that the proposal meets your requirements and expectations.

Once the proposal is approved, I'll begin implementing the project plan, working closely with your team every step of the way. I'll provide regular updates and feedback to ensure that the project stays on track and meets your objectives.

Once the project is complete, I'll conduct a comprehensive evaluation to assess its impact and effectiveness. I'll also provide follow-up support and guidance to help you sustain the positive changes achieved.
